Hi, thanks for stopping by. When I was your age I was studying for a degree in environmental science. We share a common interest in science. Over the yrs I haven't kept up with it though. Life seems to have gotten in the way. You take care.~hugs~Linda

Hi waylander,

I never been in the chat room of that site. But do subscribe to the mail lists. I've never been officially diagnosed. But like you feel sure (know) that I suffer from it.

Love your bird pic. I had a Cockatiel years ago. It was a female. It did not have yellow on its head. And spent most of its time outside the cage.

hey wassup man?? i just saw your comment on my blog lol weird it didn't notify me ,thanks man I appreciate it you know I've had severe SA since the age of 6 but I've gotten much better in the past year something f*cked up happened to me I'm not sure if I've ever told ya about it I went to another country to meet a girl but they never showed up I stayed there for 3 weeks i was also agoraphobic, back then I didn't know nothing about em i got severe panic attacks there but it was too late to do anything cuz I was thousands of miles away from my comfort zone , even though I had severe SA I had to stay in a hostel in a shared room that was one helluve exposure i did lol I didn't even know what was exposure or anything about anxiety and other mental disorders then I happened to come across LA and joined

btw check out my video(on my blog) it took alot of courage to make one and post it on here but i did it no matter how sh*tty it is,yay for me :)
