Anxiety

aww theres soooooo many fab films out there! mainly im into comedy films: some favourites are:

knocked up, coyote ugly, grease 1 and 2, 50 1st dates, the wedding singer basically all adam sandler films. heehe he is great!!

best Tv shows are friends, L word, ghost whisperer and heros.

all kinds, i used to be an entertainer so ive heard and played every song possible, and theres such a variety that it wud be impossible to choose.

all self help books! they are amazing and have helped me through my journey of life so far. all books about holistic healing, such as massage books, reflexology and indian head books. Paul mackenah books. also peoples autobiographies.

and my favourite book of all time is "THE SECRET" its really helped me and i wud recommend it to anyone who suffers with anxiety of any form, and for people who just want to expand in life to the best of there abilities. it makes you look at life in a complete new perspective.

well.... mmmm.....this is hard! all i can say is due to everything i've been through i am now realising the real me, and thanks to all the ups and downs cos its made me who i am today. which is caring, knowledable, determind, im kind, i'm understanding, i wana help others like me or worse than me with problems. i think laughing is one of the best things you can do with your time....which i dont get to do much cos i'm a big worrier, but wen i do it is liberating and i dont want it to stop. hehe. i'm very focused in life, even on my bad days i always strive to pick myself up, its hard but can be done. i love yoga and meditation and self help books which are probably a very big help to me when im down. i am currently living in walsall after returning from living and working in Gran Canaria for three years as an entertainer. i am now bk to fight my anxieties as it is stopping me from moving on in life cos it makes me feel ill alot, literally physically ill, sore throats, infections etc, and generally feeling down alot. i've decided on my career path and while im back in england i am going to study at college in massage therapy cos one day i want to be my own boss as a holistic healing therapist, my mom is fully qualified in this sector so im following her footsteps and hopefully one day i will be in business with her helping many people that suffer from not only physical illness but also mental illness. im hoping to return to Gran Canaria with this goal in mind and further my life out there with my family.

love kind people, people that help selflessly, expecting nothing in return are angels in my eyes and deserve a medal for being who they are,

i like none judgemental people, people who care.

i like seeing people who arn't affraid to be who they are, cos it gives me inspiration.

i like people who don't take me at face value, cos theres more to me than meets the eye.

Opinionated people, i mean everyones entitled to there own opinion but i hate it when its for there own gain.

i hate racsism.

hate people not excepting people for who they are.

hate my anxiety and how ill i feel sometimes due to my anxiety.

i hate the fact that i have let many people down due to my anxieties.

yoga, meditation, reading, dancing, studying, football, going to cinema, watching films, keeping fit, and going on long walks, camping and going to THE BEACH sunbathing when i'm in Gran Canaria. Love it!
