Hi, welcome to anxietytribe. There are lots of real nice people here who are very supportive. I think you will get a lot out of it after you meet a few people.

I saw your post on the forum. I think you are doing the right thing going online to meet people ane also learn about anxiety. If you would like some sites to read about the subject, I would be glad to recommmend some or talk about it if you like. I think you will find as you meet and talk to people online that you will find it easier to do in real life. You will have some friends here to ask if you don't know how to handle a real life situation.
