REM, Barenaked Ladies, Billy Joel, Elvis Costello (I'm named after one of his songs), The Beatles, The Doors. In general, I like slow songs. They make me feel calm.

Books

Terry Pratchett is my all time favorite author. I like Jodi Piccoult books, although they make me cry. I like Isabelle Allende's books, in English and Spanish. When I have more time I like reading some of the classics. Les Miserables is one of my favorites, and I'm in the middle of Paradise Lost now.

I'm about to start my senior year at SUNY Geneseo.I'm student teaching this year, which will be stressful, but I'm looking forward to it. I'm nervous about going back to school, because I have a lot of triggers there.

Likes

I love listening to music. I like to dance, although not very well. I like to read a lot. I like swimming, walking and riding my bike. I like cooking and eating (probably too much.)

Dislikes

I hate any kind of interpersonal conflict. I don't like competition, especially with my family. I don't like technologically complex things or video games.

Hobbies

|
I watch too much TV, especially old episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I like all kinds of arts and crafts, especially carving. I love animals, and I volunteer at a local Horse Rescue Sanctuary. I sing a lot, but only to myself.
