I'm Tony, I've been dealing with anxiety and depression for as long as I can remember and have been medicated for half of my life. I recently stopped taking medicine because I want to try and push myself to grow and become a stronger person. It's been a uphill battle but I'm trying to stay positive and keep my hope alive.
