I'm a Muscian. I have "anxiety and ocd" I can't seem to get rid of it.I take "ativan for anexiety" and "ristoril to sleep".I always feel like something is going to happen, so i worry all the time.Some times i feel like, i can't concentrate or remember things.Sometimes my feet will feel like they are freezing.I get little twinges or schocking feelings in my face.Sometimes it feels like my hearing goes away' and then i get a ringing in my ears,and it feels like i'm gonna pass out.I feel like i can't breath alots of times.I have these silly little things i have to perform, or else i think something bad is gonna happen if i don't do them.
Thanks for any help anyone can give.
