Anxiety Self Help

Even with the proper help from my doctor and theropist. Overcoming my anxiety & phobias is difficult. It makes me sad to know that i used to be so strong mentally and now i am weak. The one thing that keeps me going everyday is my precious little girl. I strive everyday to get better so i can be there for her everyday at any time or place. I have faith that one day this will all be in the past but getting there seem so deficult. I am thankful for those who created this site. I can come here and chat with cool peps and know that I am not alone. Thank you

That's good you are trying to fight you're anxiety!
I have been trying to too lately, and it's been helping :). I hope your techniques are helping!
I'm doing pretty good. I'm about to go exercise at this fitness center(part of my techniques), what about you?

I'm like you-- I'm a very strong willed & independant person yet I have anxiety...
Which pretty much makes me clingy, needy ect ect, even though that's not what I am haha!

Do you watch any cooking shows on tv.There are quite a few chefs that have become famous by cooking on tv.People like Jamie Oliver,Gordon Ramsey.

Hi.I noticed that you were a big movie fan.What is the last movie that you saw.The last movie that I saw was Ice Age 3 on dvd that I got from the Blockbuster video store.
