Hi Steven,
I am still waiting for the new med to make a difference. It still may be too early though.
I had to go to the doctors today to update my precriptions. It went ok but i really hate going there as it is always busy.
I don't have any plans yet for Christmas. My kids haven't made their mind up yet what they want. They both still have time to figure out what they really want? How many kids do you have? My daughter is nearly 18 and my son is 13.

Hi Steven,
I am slowly getting there after my backwards slip. I am not too bothered about it as i have done so much recently and it is to be expected for things to go wrong occaisionally. I hope you are feeling better in yourself today and it hasn't rocked your confidence too much.
There is no point in worrying about your holiday next year as you don't know how you will feel when the time comes. You maybe over your anxieties by then and functioning normally. So don't worry about it til it gets near.
