Anxiety Self Help

I love movies! I love Vampire, action, comedy, and just most movies. I love Queen of the damned, save the last dance, one night with the king, night at the museum 1 and 2, rush hour, and letters to Juliet. I'm a huge romantic!! lol

My favorite right now is Katy Perry and Selena Gomez! They have awesome music! I like mostly hip hop but also like a few rock and country songs. I usually like music that makes me want to move.

Laird of the mist by Paula Quin! The Sarah Linton and Jeffery Tolliver series by Karen Slaughter, the dark series, and just love love love romance novels.

I am usually always happy but every now and then I suffer from anxiety and since I am a over thinker I tend to blow things out of proportion. I am at that stage again and want to weather it quick and easy but it has seem to get away from me. I've been having head aches, not sleeping well, and just overly worrying about heart racing and tightness in my chest. I'm scared to death with coming to term that I may have a problem that will never go away and may need medical help and that is depressing but something I feel I can't put off anymore.

My three beautiful kids! I love to read when my anxiety is not around, skating, working out when anxiety isn't affecting me, coloring, learning, and meeting new people that share common interests with myself.

Peas! lol. Um, I generally hate feeling sad and restless which I have been going through.

Crafting is fun, i love to scrap book, and put together picture frames for my house.
