Hi Sleepygirl I've been practising belly breathing ..but as my breaths are very shallow as soon as I stop it anxiety returns. The other technique is focus on anxiety itself and feel the feelimgs that amxiety brings gradually anxiety lessens. This one seems to be helping me more,

Thanks for the freinds request. Have u tried breathing techniques for anxiety? I'm currently be shown some by a occupational worker. They're helping some forr a short while at least.
