Anxiety Self Help

im very in to horror i dont like anything soppy or lovey. give me blood and gore any day

i love reading i really dont have a type i stick to anything that catches my eye, at the moment im ready stan nicholls 'orcs' its very good

i find it hard sometimes to express myself there are things going through my head that i cant find the words to describe so this should be interesting

i am a shy person but do like to be with friends and family im lucky that i have a good group around me that keep me going and laughing and understand the limitations that anxiety gives me.

the person i am today is not the person i should be the anxiety and panic attacks changed me more then i realised partly for the better but mostly for the worse. i want to do so much but as everyone on here knows anxiety is a powerful emotion that is hard to overcome, i have experienced so many bad things, things i shouldnt have had to deal with from a young age it has left scars that im trying everyday to accept

i like doing random things at random times. i can be very silly but also serious i like to be with friends and family i love walking with my little dog. i like hugs,laughing,dancing,music,reading,dreaming all the usual stuff really. i like the rain and walking in it
i believe your never to old to do the things that make you happy.

i dont like been told what to do, i will take suggestions but cant stand a dictator.

i dont like been in a room full of people i tend to clam up my brain shuts off, if someone says something i can think of a reply 10mins later which often makes me look stupid

i dont like cooking which is a bummer because i love food

i would say my hobbies are reading i like to learn new things i have a brain full of randon knowledge which will come in handy one day.bring on the pub quiz!!
