My name is Matt and I have been dealing with social anxiety for as long as I can remember. It took me until my late 20's before I figured out what the hell was wrong with me, but that's a mystery no longer.
I am currently working on Dr. Richards program from the Social Anxiety Institute and just recently started working with a therapist out of Chicago.
