This is for everyone out there who has GAD. (General Anxiety Disorder) I suffer from GAD. Have for over a couple years now. When i Finally decided to seek help the doctor gave me Xanax to help prevent and stop anxiety when it happens. Well as most of you know i am now pregnant and had to stop taking Xanax immediately. Now I never thought myself addicted to the drug. But i guess that does not matter. I will explain why. I found out i was pregnant on June 13th (yes Friday the 13th can you believe it?) any who so of course i have not taken xanax since then. Every since i stopped i have been feeling dizzy and having blurred vision which of course is making my anxiety sky rocket out of control and there is nothing i can do about it. So i am writing this to see if anyone is suffering the same and what have they done about it. It is affecting my life and my career. You see i have only been on xanax for a couple of months now so i did not think that i could have withdrawals. So you can imagine my surprise when i saw the doctor on Wednesday and she told me i could be going threw "minor withdrawals" i don't know how to control it, all i do now is sleep i cant even go to work at the moment it is killing me so please i would love your comments on this.
