has anyone ever recovered fully from being a suffer of anxiety /panic attacks!! not a short time sufferer i mean 10 yrs plus....... it just destroys our lives we are good people why do we have to suffer like this. i have read so many stories and it breaks my heart. The staying at home afraid to leave our houses no outings or shopping trips for many the constant worry the constant pain our bodies are tortured with is just so unfair... the heart beating fast the chest pains the dizziness the sweating the stomach pain i mean wtf!!!!!!!! i read about a lady who hasnt mean past her mail box in 20 yrs grrrrrrrrrrrrr another lady who hasnt showered in 5 years grrrrr its bs really why can't someone come up with better solutions instead of wanting to push pills after pills.. why do the attack cause so much body pain to the stage that we think we are dying!!!!
