NO FEAR

NO FEAR "Fear is the true root of all mishap. A creator of victims, that starts as a ... small spark of insecurity. Igniting our frame with the doubt of ourselves and our abilities to manifest that which is perfect for our growth, it multiplies in our psyche creating images many times their actual size, blinding us to the vast possibilities within our grasp. We become fascinated with fear's expansion, feeling fully compelled to feed it. Suddenly fear becomes larger than ourselves and we are lost within its grasp. Better to live fearlessly. Rip it from your heart deliberately. Experience that eternal moment of freedom often mistaken for emptiness. Allow love to flow in. You'll never miss fear once it's gone. It is only the anticipation of fear leaving that begs it to stay. Let it go. . . Fear will lie to you in its quest for survival. Fear is necessary only to itself. See the truth. . . Know No fear" Via VERONICA

Finding Peace Within "There are moments in every life that are disruptive. Moving through life tasks can be crowded with difficulty and anxiety. Inner turmoil can be created that can make one feel disconnected and chaotic. If you find yourself in that place, stop for a moment and just breathe deeply. Find that calm place even if you feel your grip upon it is tenuous. With each breath you take see your hold on it becoming stronger until you are able to continue moving through the experience. You did not incarnate to fail. You came to this place to prosper and grow. Each task before you was pre-planned by you. Summon your inner most strength to accomplish the goal. We realize that often it is most difficult to do that, however, you are a strong energy with the ability to perform miracles from within. Do not let yourself become helpless. You do have the will power to move through the drama. Breathe. Let your inner calm take charge. Breathe. Center your energy with the determination to accomplish the task. By changing your chaos to calm, you put all parties on notice that you are serious. The new mix will affect those around you. Those who would wish to partner with you in negativity will have to find someone else to exchange with. You are no longer interested. Breathe! Find the calm within. It's there." VERONICA Dear VERONICA Dear VERONICA, What do you do when you feel that you don't belong anywhere anymore and that nothing in this life matters, even your friends and family, and the only thing you seem to love is your pets? Kindest regards, Vicki Dear Vicki, The sense of belonging in the liner stems from the spiritual oneness of the Universe. Often those who you participate with are acting out dramas that you may have already finished. In those cases, it is necessary to separate from those that no longer resonate with your energy. Many times those estranged will "catch up" with each other later in the linear or between lives. In the meantime, pets offer an unconditional love that cannot be broken. If all were to live by a pet's example, many difficulties could be avoided. Spend time with your animals. They can offer the solace you need at this time. What matters in life is awareness and connection. You have both, my dear. Your counter parts will catch up. Be patient

Appreciating The Physical

Appreciating The Physical. "Often there is speculation that the physical state is one that should be abandoned or ascended from. Naturally the whole idea of existence is one of evolution. It does not simply occur in the physical. We have heard "whispers" of the incarnated body as it passes from life to life. Your culture supposes that it is an existence of less and that the spiritual state is the ultimate moment. May we suggest that the spiritual mind creates the physical? In that moment the sense of touch becomes a pristine gift. Nowhere in the universe does it exist except in the skin of an incarnate soul. It should be appreciated as an advanced creation of the soul... It's existence manifested by a creation that will transcend the soul to higher realms. The next time you curse your physical, hoping for a free pass to the eternal, we suggest you recall the utter aweofyour fingertips as they caress the skin you now inhabit. The path can be as "heavenly" as the destination. You will appreciate the physical much more after the experience. We were much like yourselves in our quest for the attainment of enlightenment. Imagine our surprise when once nonphysical, we realized the value of the body. We relate our experience so that you may blend both moments for more advanced evolvement. Consider it. It may change how you proceed with this current linear."= ( Physical trip) - VERONICA

HAPPINESS

"In the complicated culture that you have chosen, it is easy to get caught up in drama. We could go through an endless litany of all that is wrong with the world, instead, we choose to move into what the good things are. Stop each day to appreciate being here. Find a simple moment and pull it towards yourself. Sit with it energetically, allowing it to reawaken a joyful energy. It might be small at first, but as with any seed planted, there is a slight wait period until the seed sprouts. If one plants a seed of happiness every day, ultimately you will have a garden of flowers to enjoy. If one has become unhappy, it took a while to become unhappy. It may take a bit of focus to turn it around again. Know that with clear intent, it can be done. All it takes is belief in yourself and the desire. Of course it also takes diligence in the planting of the seeds. Envision the flowers as you progress through your day. Meet obstacles with a new attitude and see what can grow. Keep your participation simple. Chaotic energy often needs to be walked away from. Decide that a garden of calm would be better. Find the goodness where ever you can. Blend it with your own heart. These are the seeds of happiness. You can decide what the harvest will be. Begin planting the joy."
