Heya thanks for the comment, the thing is with this so called friend she has said she is there for me. But blames it on me cause the help is there but i dont see it, or she says she has offered type thing. I dont know. Sick of beating myself up over it anyway. Ill just come here to people who do care...

Hi, I don't really have any tips on going to sleep I'm sorry! One time when I had trouble sleeping I got prescribed Trazodone and I haven't stopped taking it since. Although I'm not sure if it helps with my sleeping now or whether I just get to sleep anyway. It's also possible that one of my other medications, Invega, helps with my sleep. If I think of anything more I'll tell you.

hahaha so the southerners drink the other one?? lol i forgot what brand it is. yeah weekend wasnt too bad. hope yours went well, oh the anxiety is kicking in abit today as i have a job interview and the woman sounded a little abrupt on the phone which isn't really making it any better lol *i will survive* :)
