I've had panic disorder for about 17 years now. I remember my first panic attack being on Kindergarden graduation. Odd how someone can remember that far back, but I guess if the situation had that much of an impact you'll never forget it. I've tried everything from pills, to therapy to dealing with anxiety head on. I'll try anything atleast twice.
