I'm an ex Royal Air Force aircraft engineer.I've been a civilian for several years and found life difficult since i left.
I love traveling but i am a bit limited now.
My kids are aged 18 and 14 and they live with their mother a few miles from me.
Anxiety has been apart of my life as long as i can remember and panic attacks for the last 17 years, on and off.
