I've dealt with anxiety/panic disorder and severe agoraphobia for 15 years resulting from some hardcore chronic medical conditions that I've had. I've done CBT Therapy which helped but have zero support system from family and friends. Too much stigma with "anxiety issues" is how they phrased it. Just so tired of being sick and tired.

Abandonment. I'm incapable of this and can't comprehend when others engage in it.

again...Sleep. Trying to conquer anxiety. My view on this whole experience: If all of us here are all going through hell, I say we just at tleast join hands and walk together and make sure no one gets lost and we all get out together. Amen.
