Hi welcome to the site. I use to drive to your area all the time when sarasota had an anxiety group. It was throught a site called Meetup.com.

Wish we still had the anxiety groups in florida but they are all gone. They were nice while the lasted.

Thanks for replying. I suppose it's some kind of obsession. I won't allow myself to go to sleep, as soon as I find myself dropping off a voice in my head tells me I'm going to sleep and then I'm wide awake again, frankly, it frightens the bell out of me.
