So...I am currently in CBT therapy for my agoraphobia. My "homework" is to go to the gym and take classes there 3 times a week. I've been doing pretty good and I've gone twice this week and I"m supposed to go again this evening but I really don't want to :(
I'm feeling anxious and I asked my sister to go with me which I think is making me more nervous ( I usually have less anxiety when I'm all by myself)!
I've already been thinking of excuses but I know I just need to go and face my fears!!
I need encouragement!
