Just when I am making break through here comes a set back I was assalted thursday night days before my birthday i have a mild concussion sprained knee
I am having break downs My husband does not get it my anxiety so thats that (tears)this can't behapping I have mastered blending in so no one knows but since it is out I am treated like a weirdo like I am crazy Frustration frustation

Thanks for the add. A good friend of mine who use to be on this site lives in austin but i haven't heard from her in a while. Anyway welcome to the site and hope you like it here. Another place you might want to check out is a site called Meeup.com. They have lots of anxiety groups in most city. I use to run the group in my part of florida. You-tube also has a lot of good anxiety videos.
