I have been suffering with anxiety all my life but since my daughter was born it has become worse it is to a point now where I can't function i am on medication but hate the side effects it has taken over my life and I want to fight it i understand that this is forever I need tools to help me through
work out some issues from my past I dont have any friends I would like to make some I am a very nice person once you get to know me
