right now i no a lil bit bout this site i can explain my situation and why i have joined anxietytribe. my name is laura im 20 years old and a mum to two young children my daughter is 3 and my son 2 months. i found out i had anxiety/agrophobia just after i had my daughter at first i thought it was alchole poisening after being out on a night of drinking but it got worse i was house bound. i started councelling last year and finished the course this year before i had my sone feeling great. recently i have been suffereing from worse anxiety/agrophobia and bad panic attacks constenly i have been sent for a chest xray and a ecg and had blood taken that was just to prove to me that im fine. i am going to get reffered back to councelling as i really need it now. i have also discovered that i might have postnatal deppression but scared that the doctor will just say it is anxiety/agrophobia so im here on this site hoping it will make me a bit confident want to no more then just message me or add me.

panic attacks, being sick, anxiety, agropobia, period pains, back stabbers, people who say its all in your head just to shut u up, my kids being naughty, crowded places, marmite, boveral.

swimming, reading, walking, being with my kids, doin my hair lol doin my make up. being with my sis and mum and the fam, being with my man and talking bout my problems sometimes cleaning depends what mood im in lol
