Awww thanks guys for your support!! Ive stopped the meds, im going to try and defeat this without them and go speak to a specialist. Its going to be really expensive but I dont think you can put a price tag on your health. Any feedback or advice would be great!

Read you blog and can only wish that you stay strong and think of how nice it will be when you defeat anxiety. It's nice having a goal and I'm sure you'll adopt one.
