i was born in Scotland parents died when i was one put in an orphanage till i was 5 then adopted by very strict religious couple lived in Africa for 20 years had nervous breakdown at 18 medicated myself for best part of 30years clean /sober for 7 years still suffer from anxiety/ depression and off all antidepressant it is getting better but slow progress some times it is hard in the mornings when I feel so suicidal ,something to do with low serotonin levels,but it does get better as the day goes on or it just remains with me all day long. At long last trying to deal with my childhood abuse ,was constantly abandoned as a child ,physically,mentally and sexually abused by adults who should have known better,saw things that i should not have seen and had things done that should not have been done but I am a survivor and don't give in easily and i believe the God of my understanding has looked after me and he will punish those who are evil .Just have to accept my life as it is ,I cant change the past nor do I want to live in it.,

films good company[hard to find],long walks,animals,there love is unconditional keeping fit,sleeping,my daughter,my two sons,some of the people I work with,and most off all my bi polar crazy partner who I coudnt do without.

feeling the way I do ,anxious nervous.full of tension and anger which comes from my childhood abuse issues which i am trying to come to terms with.People who think they know it all,bullies ,people in authority ,hangovers,withdrawing from drugs,loud people,show offs,and many more CRUELTY TO ANIMALS in any shape or form.
