Anxiety

I just wanted to say thank you to all the members of this site that have been very supportive.  I've had my ups and downs lately and thankfully have had much needed support from those that can relate first hand to my issues.  What a blessing to have found this site.

But at least I will have the puppy with me at home to keep me company.  I think that's why my parents let me stay home...to take care of the pup.

so this is the first year i'm not having thanksgiving with my parents.  they went out to the dessert to meet up with a bunch of our relatives.  My older brother who has a couple kids is staying local and asked if I wanted to join his family rather than go to the big family extravaganza thing.  i'm not that close with these distant relatives that my folks are seeing, so i decided it would easy (u know all the bull small talk) just to go to bro's place.  hope i'm not lonely with the decision...

i hope this site gets going cuz i think it could be a great place for people like me who suffer from social anxiety disorder. i think it could useful in getting our confidence up to overcome this damn anxiety sh*t.
