I am frustrated. I know that anxiety affects people in all sorts of ways but I need to know if there is anyone out there reading this that is experiencing or has experiencing what I am

I am super sensitive to everyhthing. Every little sensation in my body I freak out about and it feels like right now I am always at an uncomfortable level of anxiety that is heightened when I get the smallest uncomfortale feeling in my body. A headache, sore shoulder, heartburn, anything.... also I am so paranoid that anything is going to happen to me that I see on tv, read about or anything. I am literally afraid of everything

I am being treadted with medication and since we just moved to Alberta 3 1/2 months ago I have to wait to get a new doctor. The one at the clinic said that he would take me on as a patient but I have to wait a bit and he said that soon as he would take me on he would start playing around with my med's.

I signed up for this site a few months ago but due to computer problems I haven't been on it but I am back and am really hoping to reach out to some others.

No i do not have this sort of anxiety. Mines more situational.

You should take a look at the video on my page called "High Sensitivity".

Sounds like you might have a case of Generalize Anxiety which is like a constant anxiety as compared to others who'anxiety is more situational.

know how you are feeling i am the same,,, if i get heartburn i thinking i am having a heart attack, i worry that much my stomach is so tight i feel like i am in agony. i refuse to watch medical show because i all the sudden have all the the disease... its hard but stop reading or watching anything medical makes the anxiety so much worse. here for you anytime to vent always helps to talk to someone in same situation... will be good once you can see a doctor and get advice... you take care
