So the anxiety and panic attacks got real bad today, instead of getting flustered and trying to fight them, I laid on the sofa with a cold flannel on my head and told it to do it's worst. I was bad for about an hour butlet the symptoms overtake me and eventually they stopped. I figured it I didn't move, my brain might realise there's no threat. I feel ok now, if it happens again I'll just keep doing it, I don't have any fight left in me anyway.
