I love to write, paint, cook and quiet evening's at home. I have been suffering panic attacks since i was 15 years old. I had a 10 year span where i had none, but i find that any kind of stress that goes untreated triggers the panic attacks. I also have anxiety and have been on medicine since 2003 for it. I'm at the point now where it's controlling just about everything in my life, that's why i'm here...
