Anxiety Self Help

Ah, now the fun stuff!
movies, movies, and movies... I really enjoy anything for the most part. I primary like the Sci-Fi movies but find myself watching public TV the most (when I have time, always busy). Though I used to not be into the "chick" flick, I buys those because they are funny and leave me in good spirits, versus a shot-em-up show. Westerns with "The Duke" are fun, old movies especially comedies (TV) like the 3 Stooges, Disney, Pixar, animation, what else... so much. Do not like gore or movies that are all about racing or dancing... *shrugs* :o)

Everything now... I get tired of listening to the same genre so now I just listen to everything for the most part.

Well haven't read much in a while except for things that are work related. As with most adults these day, or at least I believe, I'm furthering myself in education but have taken a leave of absence due to the "overload" of work and life. I'll be back in Jan of 2011. So that means I used to read nothing but materials relating to college courses, which isn't a bad thing because it's a diversified portfolio of reading materials. I do read Anxiety books and or health articles to stay mentally and physically healthy. Always gotta keep up the body!

I'm a person whose history spans many facets of life, from one part of the world to another. Nothing seems more important to me than the momentum of moving forward, yet always catch myself looking back. I’m an average Joe who likes to have fun and also likes my quite time. I’m an OC kid at heart since I found myself living there after years and thousands of miles travels (Navy). I’m 5’9”, about 145lbs (wet!), brown hair, brown eyes, meticulous and clean – “About Yourself:!” Oh, and obviously cause' I'm here, I have anxieties, have so for about 9 or so years.

Uhhh, wow, I like lots of things! I like the warmth and cold of the seasons, I like a great hug, not to forget kisses ;) ;), joking or just having a good time, hanging outside while doing something with movement, the color blue, nice clothes, nice things, Golden Spoon yogurt, wandering in a store with no clue as to what I'm looking for, humbled people, really cool people, my family, my life, and the list goes on and on..

I dislike writing about myself but do so I guess that is really not a dislike??
Spicy food but like the smell, tail gaiters, buy clothes that shrink more than I expected them to, nosey people, music that doesn't make sense, work, oh and work, not getting enough sleep.

I'm all over the place here. One minute I'm into remote control devices and then next I'm playing the guitar or thinking about the piano. Then the next day I'm working on my house via construction project, helping out my family, riding my bike, Harley's, crafts, glass blowing, arts, music, charity..... okay, you almost lost me there but I guess I'm never bored..
