hi everyone. thanks for taking the time to read this. I, like everyone here, have had issues with anxiety for a long time now. have tried everything but have little success. its a bit fustrating to watch others getting married travelling, and generally moving on with life, when im still stuck with this damn thing. Anyway, im here because i thought it would be good to chat to someone who understands, male or female,young or old, doesn't matter:)
