Anxiety Self Help

i just wanted to drop a note to those who welcomed me yesterday. i'm trying to work on my page but having trouble focusing. its complicated, my life that is, like everybody else's i'm sure. but..... i suffered a lot of loss last year. my mom passed away in jan. 2011, my fiancee was only 33 he died suddenly in april of an accidental fall, and my dad passed away in november. so i am coming off of that and now i moved all the way across country to live with my aunt because i couldn't cope with the loss. ugh i'm clenching my jaw, time for some music and a bath.
