Anxiety Self Help

Yesterday we had to put our bunny asleep because he fell under my watch and broke his leg. He was suffering. He was 14 and blind in both eyes and loss control of his bladder and bowels. I knew his time was due, but I feel like I could of done a better job of watching him. I miss him and feel awful but I know he is in better place.

My real fear is not my trip, but the fact that I have a cracked wisdom tooth that is scheduled to come out. I am horrified about this. I have not pain, it is not infected, and I can eat and drink without sensitivity. But a dentist told me I was playing with fire and that I am gambling by not having it done so that is instilled in my head. I ran to my regular dentist yesterday and he said I was fine, go and take Motrin if pain persists... but I am still scared!!

Hello. This is my first time on here. I am 47 and getting rady for our 2nd attempt to go to DC. An 8 1/2 hour car ride in the mountains on a turnpike with a tunnel. I say 2nd attempt becasue we were supposed to be there already except for a big snow storm that hit and we decided to hold off. I am not sure why I am so anxious about this but I am. Help!
