This support group promotes a holistic approach to healing (body, mind, and spirit). The meetings will be held on Monday evening at 6 pm PST, every two weeks. In the conference call, you will learn and practice coping skills, mindfulness, problem solving, conflict resolution, and find your own solutions. You may get feedback if you ask group to.
