Anxiety Self Help

A support group for those of us who live in the Quad Cities. Although it is not the main intention of this group, I would like to eventually start having face to face meetings in order to further support eachother; Maybe meet up once a month or so and talk about our progress and or set backs. I work for a social service agency and know how important face to face contact is in the healing process. All are welcome to join; Even if you have no interest in an offline support group. This is a "no pressure" zone. Talk about what you are comfortable with. No judging allowed.
