Not only do I get anxious when I am being separated from someone, my husband in the morning when I get for work for example, I am afraid when I am separated from anyone.  I have always believed the worst is about to happen because of the saying "things will happen when you least expect them."  I figure if I expect them, maybe they won't happen so I'd better be on guard at all times.  Yes this is a tiring way to survive.

god, i dont think i'd even be able to let my boyfriend go to work.  I'm lucky that were both in college, have the same classes and work at the school newspaper together.  so i never have to seperate from him.  i'm not sure it thats helping me, or hurting me in the long run.

(Hi i'm new..i know this is older but..)

My bf lives 2 hours from me...And we only see eachother on weekends. Everytime he leaves or I leave to go back home sunday night I get all axious, nervous, worried and even cry most the time. I know while all this is going on how silly i am being because i will see him next weekend. I constantly worry that something bad will happen...I don't even want to talk about this with my therapist because what if I say what I think and then it happens?? It's really hard on me...and he doesn't understand why I've got such a hard time separating from him for the next 5 or so days.
