Anxiety

Hey everyone,

As I discussed in the introduction I am a nursing student and we had an assignment to learn about support groups. So I have a question only you guys can answer for me.

1. How did you guys find out about this site and group?

I found this site by searching on google for anxiety support groups online. Any information you can give me would be much appriciated.

I was actually researching a new med my doctor gave me samples of..like web.med.com or some site like that and I saw it like on a side bar and thought I'd check it out....

I searched for GAD groups on Facebook, and on one of them someone had posted a link to this site.

Thanks for your help everyone. It is good to hear all the different ways people can find the help they need.
