Hi, sorry to hear about what your going through. I think there's a few things you could do to help, have you been to see your GP at all? I found that just going to tell a professional helped, I am currently going through CBT which I find a great help. But it is a slow process....it can be so frustrating as times (I am going through one of these times at the minute), but it makes me more determined to overcome it, so I'm trying alternative thereapies alongside it. I had my first hynotherapy sessin last week, got my second tomorrow. I've heard it takes a few sessions until you notice a difference. Hope this message helps. x
