I haven't made this in a while but its great.
FIESTA BAKE
Ingredients:
Beef Mixture-
1lb ground beef
1 jar of salsa
1 small can of corn
1 small can of chopped olives
1 taco mix
1/3 cup water
Crust Mixture-
1 small box of corn bread mix
1 small can of diced chiles
1 cup or more of shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Cook meat and drain, add the salsa, taco mix, corn, olives, and water. simmer on low 5 mins. Transfer to a 8x8 pan. Prepare corn bread mix and stir in the dice chiles and cheese, and pour on top of meat in pan. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
