I know it's nowhere near that time of year but I was just curious what you guys do for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. I know a lot of vegans/vegetarians have Tofurkey but I find that to be very unappetizing. I just don't like it at all. I prefer nutloaf. I make a really good one called Brazil Nut Roast en Croute. Vegetarians and meat eaters alike have complemented me on it. If anyone wants the recipe I would be more than happy to share it. It can of course be made any time of the year :)

I get together with family and end up making some sidedishes and one dessert. The host is usually relieved to have some of the pressure taken off them. I've never tried tofurkey, I usually make seasonal dishes. Such as apple stuffed acorn squash and sweet potato biscuits. Two recipes I got from vegweb.com
