just skimmin around and wanted to wish you a good day girl. i read your blog about ur anxiety at bedtime, that really sux, i have no answers. i get anxiety when i wake up, which sux too. i'm not on any meds at this time, but i am definitly considering getting back on ativan, that was always my savior even with anxiety attacks. wish u well girl!!!!!!

Hi i just read your blog but was unable to answer it because i didn't have a reply. I think i needed a bit more information. One of my main issues is social so i pretty much know when and where i am most likely to get anxious because my anxiety is mostly people related.

There is got to be something going on before or after your bed time that is causing you to be anxious during bed. I can't really tell by just reading a short blog but i understand how you feel. Its hard for people like us to wine down at times.
