Anxiety

Really depends on mt mood, but I will give anything a go. By my DVD player at the moment is First Wives Club, Clue, Bridget Jones, Greenstreet and Full Metal Jacket. Not really sure what that says about me!

I cant think of anything I don't like. My favourites tend to change depending on my mood. My current favourites are anything from the 50s/60s, Oasis, Muse and snow patrol. Also been really getting into musical theatre lately.

Martina Cole, Sidney Sheldon, biographies. Also enjoy reading about the mind and how it works so thing like hypnosis, meditation, pyscology and NLP really interest me.

Since I can remember I have always suffered with anxiety attacks, OCD and very negative thoughts that I am unable to control. Things have been a little better recently cause Im starting to understand what it is that is happening. Before I just thought there was something very wrong with me and I wasn't like other people.
Now I know that I understand what it is, I want to try and find out why its happening to me. I thought joining this site would be a good idea so I could speak to other people about their experiences and hopefully make some sense of all of this. Although I joined a while ago Ive only just plucked up the courage to start writing on here.

I love spending time with friends, watching sport, running. (This is something I have only just started doing but its great for clearing my head). My job involves coaching and developing people so I enjoy reading about psycology, learning styles and NLP.

People who are selfish, inconsiderate or can't be bothered to look at things from a different point of view.

I also really hate cucumber!! Whats the point?

Watching football and Cricket. Spending time with my friends whether its a quite night in or mad night out they are amazing people. Learning new things and visiting new places.
