Depression and anxiety on and off throughout my life, mostly on. Started in middle school, bullied at a time no one believed the damage it could do to someone. Bachelor degree. Studying psychology and disorders on and off for years. Worked in medical field since 1986. Compassion describes me best. Nonjudging but do get frustrated with those that are limited and too afraid to accept differences or try to grow and understand. My son suffers, too, and has for a long time from depression and anxiety, OCD tendencies...obsessive thoughts...that is the hardest for me, seeing his pain, feeling helpless.

Movies, reading, naps, clean crisp sheets.

Thunderstorms, heavy snow, as long as no one has to drive.

Dishonesty
Narrow view/narrow minded, refusal to grow or see things from another perspective
Being pushed into socialize especially with people who never get real.
Seeing others suffer and be alone with it or without supportive loving people.
