I think so. I had a work deadline today so I haven't been able to relax until this afternoon. Me and two kids snuggled on the couch... all sick! lol oh well... it happens.

Doing well, triggered, thanks! I've realized that some of my current issues are due more to a physical issue than I had thought. I've been having quite a bit of head congestion from a cold that began at Thanksgiving, and the pressure in my head is affecting, well, my head. So when they tell me "it's all in your head", I think they are absolutely right! Now, I just need to figure out the physical side of things, and I believe that I will feel much better overall. I've never had congestion like this so it's a new thing for me to figure out.

How're you doing right now? Christmas season good or bad for you?
