The best thing I like is to be outdoors. I like to hike. It's always so relaxing when I hike. My anxiety tends to disapear after a couple of days of hiking. I like people, food and learning

Thanks mirrorpeople. Yeah my cat seems to be doing well for 18 hopefully he will stick around for 2 or 3 years longer

Yes the Cat is my oldest cat he is 18 years old. Still seems strong a little whiney sometimes as he is stiff --- I think but it seems to be when he wants my attention. yes there is no one like madonna. I am going and taking my niece to see her in November. I went to her concert a couple of years ago for the first time and the first time since I was a teenager for going to a concert and I think all the excitement and yelling helped with my anxiety. Sometimes, I wonder if I could just be in a sound proof room and just be able to scream if I couldn't reduce this anxiety.lol Problem is no rooms or places to do that. Thanks for your comment
