Anxiety

Gosh, I'm quite the movie buff. Anxiety has changed my movie likes. Before, I loved thrillers and horror movies, now I can't bare to watch them anymore. It's ok tho. I like lots of movies. Too many to list.

Again, ummm... so many. I like all kinds depending on my mood. Literally all kinds. I can enjoy everything from blues and jazz to hip hop and alil country, hard rock, soft rock, and even some metal. It just depends how I'm feeling that day.

Political books, mystery and non fiction. Anything by Hunter S Thompson will do. I enjoy Dan Brown's novels as well.

So this is a site about anxiety, let's just open up about that. My anxiety has probably always been there, I just didn't know what it was. My first attack actually happened the night of my cousin's funeral. Shockingly, my therapists have agreed that that incident didn't "cause" my anxiety but probably just made it overflow. The odd thing is, that now it still overflows allot. I don't get it. I've tried understanding, but anymore, I'm just getting tired of it. It's been well over 3 years and I've had little moments of good overshadowed by the craziness of the bad. So here I am. On a support group website. Taking my meds, going to therapy, and still searching for some miracle cure that will make it all go away.

ummmm... a cloudy but warm day, driving in the car no where in particular, with all the windows down, in flip flops, a tank top, and jeans, with music cranked up and my hair blowing in the wind. I like people. I like meeting new people. Hearing other people's ideas and experiences. I like playing golf. ummm... I don't know what else to say?! lol.

URGH! mayo! onions, but I like onion rings, go figure?, I hate dishonest people, including but not limited to people who pretend to be what they're not. I dislike snobby people who think they are better than others. We are all created equal.

Golf, hanging with my besties, drive in movies, and some Martha Stewart kinda things like baking and cooking and creating lil decorative things. I'm a nerd, I can't help it!
