I have social anxiety and it effects how I live in a dibilating way daily.
I hate talking to people about my anxiety. I feel like nobody gets it. Everyone I talk to about it basically tells me to "snap out of it" and clearly if it was that simple I (and every one of you) would do so, I'm sure.
