hello Iam constellation and my real name is stella, I suffer from anxiety and depression,social shyness,low self asteem and low confidence also have an avoident personality, emotionaly unstable personality I suffer with dissociation and depersonalization all of these issues stem from a child hood trama when I was 9 years old. I have only just started getting the help for me since the suicide of my brother 4 and a half years ago he also suffered with his mental health. I know my life sounds as if has and is ruled by mental health issues and family tramas but thats the way it has turned out for me I guess I have just excepted what has happened in my life and I have set my mind in not letting my issues get me down I have my pessimistic days but have decided in my brothers memory that I have to fight for my life, and also the love of my 16year old son also helps,I would like to meet others who suffer from these debiletating conditions as to make friends and support others.

I like making pottery,spending time with my family,looking at the stars through my telescope,making cards, listening to music, and going to the cinema. my voluntry work I do at an homless shelter. and the garden centre I attend for people recovering from mental health.
