Anxiety Self Help

Not a lot of people know how severe my anxiety is. It's getting worse and worse. I really try hard to push past it, but when I so, it's uncomfortable and makes me want to do the opposite. Some days it's really frustrating, other days it's not too bad. But every day, it's moderate.

I'm 17 and I'm following in Jesus' footsteps. Or at least, doing the best I can!
I have three sisters and we get along pretty well.
I'm crazy for my kitten, London. He's got to be the best cat in the world.
I'm a complete animal lover and I hope that never changes.
I've been home schooled almost my whole life and I'm very content with it.
I laugh hard and uncontrollably once I get started. (:
Our family loves having people over for visits and just to chill out.
I have some very dear friends and they're all wonderful!
